The problems associated with do wntimes are also minimal since technical teams of Cmap are always maintaining the platform.Organizational and technological factors are the key barriers to knowledge sharing in my company. Organizational barriers are experienced through lack of employee participation in knowledge sharing, an unwillingness of management to support knowledge management (KM), and low employee contribution in the development of knowledge management centers because of fear of being redundant. Technological barriers experienced include less training on the use of KM, Information overload, fear of understanding and embracing technology (Nitchot et al., 2017, p.194).To reduce the Knowledge management and knowledge sharing barriers, I will ensure that every employee is sensitized on the importance of KM, and its benefits to the company. Employees will also be given hands-on training regarding social media.
